Sorry I missed the info, that this is a second router on the LAN. This router is connected to a private cloud. The router used for commen internet access has the IP 192.168.0.254 but in this case this router has no further relevance...
The thing is that the private cloud router must have the IP 172.19.0.254 because the destintion servers behind that router has also the 192.168.0.0/24 connected to... this is the reason why we need to handle the two IP subnets on one physical LAN.
